Wonderful place!!! We came to town for a High School semifinal football playoff game for our son and wanted a place with easy access to the town. There was a Starbucks we walked our dogs to every morning and all the shopping conveniences and downtown were only minutes away. The kitchen was well stocked, furniture was beautiful and the place was incredibly clean! Beds were fantastically comfortable, linens super soft and the townhome itself was really quiet. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again if/when we are back in Grand Junction.

Anna's home was perfect for our group. The furnishings were perfect! The nicely kept backyard was very enjoyable. We all enjoyed the large kitchen table which enabled our large group to have a family style dinner and fully enjoy our gathering.

This place is beautiful and very comfortable. I rented for a girls’ weekend and when we walked in one my friends said “omg, it smells like a spa in here!” The place is very well cared for and extremely clean. It’s incredibly spacious and well stocked with all the things any party could possibly need (crock pot, blender, wine glasses, etc.). The hot tub was nice and very clearly well maintained. We arrived about 15 minutes earlier than expected and bumped into the hot tub maintenance guy who was so friendly and helpful. He walked us through using the hot tub and even gave us restaurant recommendations. It was a lovely experience from start to finish and we hope to stay here again next year.

Property was perfectly located to access events downtown and the national monument. Perfect space for group of 5 friends. 3 bedrooms (one with a twin pullout). Couch is enormous! They had cozy blankets for chilling on the couch! Nothing. It was perfect!

Such an amazing airbnb, felt right at home, easy to book, super clean, and beautifully designed. Pet friendly even with my little kitty. Anna was very communicative and had clear instructions for us upon check-in and check-out. The space was the perfect size for the 4 of us and had all the things we needed to make food. Overall comfortable stay and my little fur baby loved it as well.

stayed for 3 nights in early April, very nice and clean townhome, has all new appliances and decor. has three floors, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on third floor, kitchen, living room half bath and balcony on second floor, garage, small office and another half bath on first. safe and secure. will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

This place was as described, very new and clean. Everything from check in to checkout was great and the host was very nice and communicative. It was a very comfortable place to come to after work. Would 100% stay here again!
